Qualification: BE, BTech, BCA,] BSC IT, MCA etc.
Location: Surat
Teaching skills: MS Excel and Tally Prime
Gujarat's Local Candidate will be given first preference.
Salary will be decided as per qualification, experience and Interview Performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Course Delivery:

Conduct engaging and effective classroom or online training sessions in software development and programming technologies.

Deliver courses on core and advanced topics such as C, C++, Java, Python, Web Development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), .NET, Android Development, or Full Stack Development, depending on expertise.

Adapt teaching methods based on the learner’s background, pace, and understanding.
2. Curriculum Development:
-
Design, structure, and update course modules, lesson plans, assessments, and practical exercises aligned with industry standards and certification guidelines.

Keep training content up-to-date with the latest software tools, programming practices, and development trends.
3. Hands-on Practice & Projects:
-
Provide students with real-time coding examples, hands-on exercises, and capstone projects to build their practical understanding.

Monitor and guide students during lab sessions and resolve coding issues or technical queries.
4. Assessment & Evaluation:

Design quizzes, assignments, tests, and coding challenges to evaluate learning outcomes.

Provide constructive feedback and mentor students for improvement.
-
Track student attendance, performance, and engagement levels.
5. Student Mentoring & Support:
-
Offer academic and career guidance to students based on their strengths and aspirations.

Prepare students for technical interviews, coding tests, and certification exams (if applicable).

Respond to student queries in a timely and supportive manner.
6. Collaboration & Reporting:

Coordinate with academic coordinators, admin teams, and other trainers for scheduling, resource planning, and feedback collection.

Participate in team meetings, workshops, and trainer upskilling programs.

Maintain records of student performance, feedback, and certification results.
