Job Description
Software Implementation Engineer
- Do data validation with the support of finance team for finance related aspects
- Understand the business of Tolins Foods from a sales channel point of view. Workflow of sales team, finance team, warehouse team, logistics & tax team. (Trainings would be provided)
- Understand the workflow of the application (Trainings would be provided) | Act as a champion user.
- Provide clarification to business users regarding workflow of the application when required
- Bring up a process standardization within organization on how to use the application in various departments.
- Ensuring the process related to application usage is followed with in organization. Audit and ensure that necessary approvals are managed properly. Each responsible person uses the application rightly.
- Collate new requirements from business users
- Evaluate if the requirements are beneficial to system to be built in or if there is a work around that could be suggested to business users.
- Co-ordination with software vendor who has provided the solution in case of any bugs
- Capacity to do data validations
- Help on board new users by necessary trainings to system based on our expansion plan
- Plan and maintain the master data accurately
