Job Description
- Designing and implementing Java-based applications.
- Understanding, Analyzing & Framing user requirements to inform application designing.
- Strong knowledge in Core Java, JSP / Servlets (preferably with Oracle certification)
- Developing Client functionalities & defining application objectives.
- Enhance application design with business goals.
- Developing and testing software application.
- Debugging and resolving technical problems.
- Producing detailed design documentation.
- Apply changes to existing Java infrastructure.
- Creating & maintaining supporting document to assist users.
- Ensure continual professional & self-development.
- Ability to handle multiple and simultaneous activities and priorities
- Ability to work across organizational units and to drive continuous process improvement
- Strong interpersonal/influence skills, proactive leadership skills and analytical and problem solving skills
- Integrate software with existing systems, Maintain standards compliance
Required Candidate profile
Degree in Computer Science or related field.Experience with user interface design, database structures and statistical analyses.
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Attention to detail.
Education
- UG : B.Sc in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers
- PG : MS/M.Sc(Science) in Computers, MCA in Computers, M.Tech in Computers
- Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required
