Job Description

The Role’s core functions are:
  • Understanding the software and providing technical support related to the software
  • Handling and resolving issues of clients related to software installed by Xtreme Media
  • Act as a middle person between the client and Xtreme Media technical team
  • Providing end to end solution for issues related to Xtreme Media software
  • Escalating the issues as and when required to the higher authorities
Responsibilities:
  • Planning
  • Understanding the software from all aspects
  • Understanding the client needs and requirement and delivering it accordingly
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication (oral and written) with the client
  • Establishing good relationship with the client and maintain the brand name
  • Implementation
  • Providing telephonic / remote / e-mail / on-site support to the client for the issues faced related to Xtreme Media software
  • Effectively communicating with the client and ensuring that the client is satisfied with the solution
  • Handling issues faced by client and providing best possible solution
  • Escalating the issue to the higher authority as and when required.
