Job Description

The Role’s core functions are:

Understanding the software and providing technical support related to the software
Handling and resolving issues of clients related to software installed by Xtreme Media
Act as a middle person between the client and Xtreme Media technical team
Providing end to end solution for issues related to Xtreme Media software
Escalating the issues as and when required to the higher authorities

Responsibilities:

Planning
Understanding the software from all aspects
Understanding the client needs and requirement and delivering it accordingly
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Ensure clear and transparent communication (oral and written) with the client
Establishing good relationship with the client and maintain the brand name
Implementation
Providing telephonic / remote / e-mail / on-site support to the client for the issues faced related to Xtreme Media software
Effectively communicating with the client and ensuring that the client is satisfied with the solution
Handling issues faced by client and providing best possible solution
Escalating the issue to the higher authority as and when required.
