Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels such as phone, email or chat.
• Diagnose software problems reported by customers, utilizing available resources and tools to identify root causes.
• Document customer inquiries, reported issues, and resolutions in a detailed and organized manner, maintaining accurate records for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Comprehend new requirements of customers to development team.
• Collaborate with channel partners in delivering joint customer engagements.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products, features, and functionality, staying up to date with new releases and updates.
• Provide user training, guidance, and best practices to customers as needed to optimize their use of the software and minimize support requests.
• Learn and apply product/domain knowledge in support engagements.

Qualification:

• Any bachelor’s degree
• 0- 1 year experience as customer service or support
• Good knowledge in Basic Hardware & Software skills
• Excellent communication skills, both with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in customer service principles and practices, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
