Software Test Engineer Job in NEXTEER AUTOMOTIVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED at Bangalore

Perform system-level and functional validation of ADAS features in HIL environments.

Analyze system and software requirements and develop test scenarios and test cases.

Design and execute manual and automated test cases for automotive ECUs.

Develop and maintain CAPL scripts for test automation using Vector CANoe.

Configure and execute HIL test scenarios using Vector CANoe, vTestStudio, and VT System.

Perform CAN, CAN FD, CAN TP, and UDS protocol testing and validation.

Conduct ECU diagnostic testing, including DIDs, RIDs, DTCs, and diagnostic services.

Perform functional, regression, negative, boundary, and fault-injection testing.

Analyze CAN traces, ASCII logs, and ECU communication issues to identify defects.

Perform defect tracking, root-cause analysis, debugging, and verification of fixes.

Maintain requirement traceability and test documentation using IBM DOORS, RQM, and Jira.

Collaborate with development and validation teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality deliverables.
