Job Responsibilities:
- End to End testing of the product
- Ability to write detailed test cases without much requirement (is a must)
- Testing Web application on different browsers, API Testing
- Test Case Management
- Participate in requirement analysis meeting
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills and a logic-based approach to problem-solving
- Candidate should work independently and must be willing to work in tight schedules, aggressive plans and highly committed to work (is a must)
Requirements:
- BE or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in Manual Testing of both Web App and API Testing
- Must have hands-on experience on tools like Postman, Swagger, SOAPUI
- Must have the basic understanding of Database operation - Select, Insert, Update, Backup/Restore, Joins
- Knowledge of basic Unix/Shell scripting commands
- Knowledge of capturing and diagnosing logs for application crashes
Good-to-have skills:
- Testing lifecycle from setup, build, testing entire functionality and reporting
- Experience in web automation is added plus
- Must have good knowledge & experience in Agile project
- Good Knowledge of tools like Jira & Zephyr
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good Knowledge of Marketing Cloud (Campaigns)
- Good Knowledge of standard sales and service process flow
- Experience in Case management and assignment, Case Journey, Milestones, entitlements, TAT
- Hands on experience of the Community portal, Knowledgebase, Articles
- Knowledge of profiles, roles, reports, dashboards, workflows, process builders, chatter
- SFDC ADM 201 certification and automation(selenium) would be an added plus
- Should have some experience on testing web application
- Good at writing functional test cases for given requirements
