JOB DESCRIPTION – Senior Test Engineer

• Execute test plans and report results. Identify and report bugs to engineering team.
  
• Develop test automation frameworks, scripts, and tests
  
• Coordinate all testing activities with the development team and Tech Lead
  
• Utilizing testing and project management tools for reporting on test results and milestones
  
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to revolutionize the platform capabilities
  
• Ultimately be accountable for the quality of your work
  

• 1-2 years of hands on experience in testing web and mobile apps.
  
• Atleast 2 years of experience in writing scripts using Robotium, Appium, Selenium or equivalent
  
• Atleast 2 years of experience in web and mobile application testing
  
• Working experience in testing Functionality, UX, Security and Performance in both mobile and web
  
• Ability to dig deeper into test failures and work with developers to identify root cause
  
• Ability to learn new languages/frameworks quickly
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  
• Sound knowledge on Android  
  

• Experience in other automation frameworks like Calabash, Monkeytalk or others is a plus
  
• Expertise in Java or at least one scripting language.
  
• Experience in testing eCommerce apps & mobile apps
