Job Description
Ensure delivery of quality tested software products
Responsible for performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues
Initiates tests, analyzes results, and finds solutions to technical problems
Write test cases
Prepare a detailed test plan/strategy utilizing knowledge of the functional application
Create and execute manual and automated test plans
Record and document results and compare to expected results
Manage defect testing and validate software product corrections
Recognize and develop improvements to team processes, Quality Assurance environments and procedures
