Job Description
Testing,JIRA,EXCEL,MANUAL TESTING,SFMC
ï· Familiarity with Salesforce, Genesys, and other business applications used
within NPS.
ï· Experience with tools for test case management and defect tracking.
ï· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA-xray
ï· Strong understanding of testing tools and methodologies.
ï· Experience with healthcare systems and patient support applications is
highly desirable
ï· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ï· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ï· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time
effectively
ï· Proven communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
ï· Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
ï· Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working
in cross-cultural environment
ï· Should be customer service oriented
