Responsibilities
- Analyzing client’s requirements, understanding workflow and giving requirements for development.
- Analyzing the progress and adhering to the industrial standards.
- Analyze test specifications and perform manual testing.
- Reporting bugs and tracking the status.
- Preparing workflow documentation.
- Preparing Help files and FAQ for SW applications.
- Providing demonstration, training and support for end users.
- Providing training for new joiners.
- Troubleshooting errors related to client-side applications.
