About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on gathering product issues from the customer support team and handling follow-ups
2. Working closely with the development team on testing firmware and mobile apps being developed
3. Working closely with the design team on the website design dependencies
4. Creating detailed and comprehensive test plans for the requirements
5. Estimating, planning, and coordinating test activities
6. Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team
7. Working with the development team to resolve bugs and errors
8. Helping with troubleshooting issues
9. Conducting post-release/post-implementation testing
10. Working with the cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
