Job Description
- Immediately need Dot Net trainer as a freelancer with technical knowledge in both training and development.
- Define training plan and scheduling
- Training to new hired employee / Project Trainee
- Coordinate with department head and Team lead regarding TNA(Training Need Analysis)
- Transfer or Share Knowledge to New developer or existing
- Revising technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Producing training schedules and classroom agenda
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
