Job Description

Gather information from process stakeholder on the current process they are following to perform a task.

Do various scenarios analysis to design the process flowchart.

Transform that information into a flowchart either using process maker, bizagi etc.

Transform the current hard copy forms to electronic forms (dynaform) in the process make to collect information to carry out a particular task in the process workflow.

Design PHP triggers to either rout to next level or previous level, or even get information from the database to fill the field in the form.

Design the HTML based templates (output document) to print out information stored in the form.

Test the process for all the scenarios and debug the issues.
-
Provide support to users in case of any issue in relation to process maker.
