We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Software Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Analyst, Data Science, Full Stack Development, and Cyber Security. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to help learners develop their skills in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for Data Analyst, Data Science, Full Stack Development, and Cyber Security.
Assess individual and group training needs and maintain training records.
Prepare and update training materials based on adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Facilitate training sessions, both on-site and remotely, using various delivery modes such as VILT, e-learning, classroom, and blended solutions.
Provide support to learners through phone, email, and virtual training sessions.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners to measure progress and improve training effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in Data Analyst, Data Science, Full Stack Development, and Cyber Security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a software trainer or in a related role.
Strong knowledge of Data Analyst, Data Science, Full Stack Development, and Cyber Security.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies.
