About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Software Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training programs to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training programs on software development
technologies and tools.
Conduct instructor-led classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions.
Create training materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and learning resources.
Train learners in programming languages, software development frameworks, databases, and industry best practices.
Evaluate learner performance through quizzes, projects, and practical assessments.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and career-oriented support to learners.
Track student progress and maintain training reports and documentation.
Update course content regularly to align with current industry trends and technologies.
Collaborate with curriculum developers and academic teams to improve learning outcomes.
Support placement preparation activities, including coding practice, mock interviews, and project reviews.
Address learner queries and provide technical assistance during and after training sessions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related degree.
0-1 year of experience in software development, technical training, or teaching.
Strong understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage learners from diverse educational backgrounds.
Experience in curriculum development is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Programming Languages: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, C/C++
Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular
Backend Development: Spring Boot, Node.js, .NET
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Version Control: Git, GitHub
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (preferred)
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Data Structures and Algorithms
REST APIs and Microservices
