• Strong AUTOCAD skills is must.
• BE/BTech. degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (MS/M. Tech. degree is a plus)
• 3-5 years’ experience in design of solar power systems (1-2 years’ experience in solar rooftop systems)
• Knowledge in National Electrical Code
• Knowledge in Electrical/Mechanical and construction safety including training and requirements.
• Must be proficient in PvSYSt/Helioscope/Aurora (or equivalent) and Google Sketchup.
• Must be proficient in preparing Bill of Material.
• Must be proficient in preparing detailed Drawings.
• Proficient with MS Office
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to think critically, comfort in collaborating with cross-functional team members, and a passion for delivering high quality results
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and good command of Technical writing skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to think analytically.
• Must be willing to travel to project sites per company requirement.
