Full time on site role located in Greater Hyderabad area for Solar Rooftop Sales Representative/Executive. The role involves day-today tasks related to sales and management in the Solar Rooftop segment. Clear Experience in Solar Rooftop projects related business is must.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of Solar energy products and solutions
Understanding the sales process and customer service principles.
Problem-solving skills and proactive approach sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or B.Tech.
Expertise in Solar Rooftop system integration and related Govt. Schemes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and connect with potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.

Conduct door-to-door visits, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.

Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, and real estate developers.
2. Sales Consultation & Product Presentation

Educate customers on the benefits of solar power and financial incentives.

Conduct site assessments to determine solar feasibility.

Present customized solar energy proposals, including system design, cost savings, and ROI.
3. Closing Sales & Customer Relationship Management

Handle negotiations and assist clients in choosing the best solar solution.

Guide customers through the financing, government subsidies, and installation process.

Maintain long-term relationships for referrals and future sales.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on solar energy industry trends, policies, and incentives.

Analyze competitor pricing and marketing strategies.

Provide insights to improve sales pitches and customer offerings.
5. Reporting & Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, deals, and follow-ups.

Report sales progress to the management team.
