Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring freshers or experienced soldering person for PCB assembly and rework in a reputed Electronics Manufacturing Company based in Bhosari. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge or interest in electronics and be capable of handling soldering tasks with precision. This position is ideal for 10th, 12th pass candidates, ITI holders, diploma holders, or graduates who are looking to build a career in electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform soldering of electronic components (through-hole and SMD) on PCBs using a soldering iron.

Assemble components on the PCB as per circuit diagrams and assembly instructions.

Conduct rework or de-soldering of faulty components under microscope or magnifier if required.

Ensure soldering quality and reliability by following IPC standards or company-specific guidelines.

Use tools such as soldering stations, tweezers, cutters, and multimeters.

Maintain cleanliness and ESD-safe handling of components and PCBs.

Work closely with the production and quality team to ensure timely and error-free assembly.

Inspect and test assembled PCBs visually and functionally as per QC instructions.
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:

10th Pass / 12th Pass

ITI (Electronics / Electrical / Fitter / Instrumentation)

Diploma (Electronics or related fields)

Any Graduate with interest in electronics work

Experience:

Freshers welcome with basic knowledge of soldering

Skills Required:

Steady hand and good eyesight for fine soldering work

Basic understanding of electronic components like resistors, capacitors, ICs, diodes, etc.

Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams

Familiarity with ESD precautions (preferred)

Willingness to learn and take responsibility
