Job Description
1. Extensive understanding of UK market with respect to B2B sales.
2. Growing customer network in current and target communities for both corporate and private customers.
3. Providing guidance to local office representatives in progressing their business.
4. Acting as a point of contact for customers within the business and advising on the company products and services.
5. Recording accurately all customer interaction on CRM database
6. Supporting other functions of the business in order to deliver results when required.
7. Validating and filtering the right prospects and calling them to gain appointments
8. Seamlessly pass appointment with sales in the UK
9. Ability to close small value deals on the phone.
10. Act on leads to convert them into potential customers, experience working in a strong target-oriented environment.
11. Cold calling UK businesses for their telecom requirements.
12. Connecting with the decision-makers on Professional social media platform i.e Linked In.
13. Sending calendar / Meeting Invited to the interested prospects.
14. Understanding the UK colonial accent and adhering to the GDPR and other UK compliances.
15. Collecting information about present telecom infrastructure in place.
16. Assisting the client to complete the Direct Debit Mandate/Credit card authorization form.
