Job Description
- Experience with eliciting the requirements (by working with customers, product managers and business analysts)
- Translate the business requirements in to technical requirements
- Create different views of the system and communicate to development teams
- Preparing solution architecture and solution design documents
- Identify the hotspots in the system and help drive the solution in those areas
- Identify the PoCs, as needed work closely with development team to finalize the design principles
- Good knowledge on all technology domain design patterns - GOF, SOA, Cloud etc.
- Thorough hands on experience with java/j2ee (Tomcat, JBOSS app servers), Spring, Hibernate frameworks
- Extensive experience with SOA and Microservices
- Experience with jBPM, BRMS (JBOSS) and open source ESB is a must
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure stack is necessary
- Experience with CEP, in-memory data grids & Rules engines
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, javascript, Angular JS is a must and working knowledge of Ext JS & Flex will be an added PLUS
- Pre-sales experience: Proposing solutions and estimations, plans, roadmaps
- Be able to communicate effectively via presentations
- Be able to engage with technical leads, difference specialists to pull the solution together
- Be able to do effective technical reviews
- a. identifying bottlenecks, suggest solutions, drive the teams to implement solutions
- b. Experience with tuning app servers, databases
- Experience with big data, Machine learning would be added advantage.
- Experience with Automation: CI/CD/DevOps
