Key Responsibilities

Sales & Product Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align solutions with product roadmaps and customer goals.
Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of the proposed solutions.
Technical Support & Guidance: Provide ongoing technical support throughout the sales and customer lifecycle, addressing technical challenges and providing implementation guidance.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and deployment instructions.
Feedback & Improvement: Champion user engagement strategies and use customer feedback to enhance product features and best practices for improved customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software, hardware, and cloud platforms to design effective solutions.
Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage technical teams.
