Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:
Meet with clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and technical requirements through discovery calls and in-depth questioning.
Solution Design & Development:
Leverage technical knowledge and product offerings to design customized hardware and software solutions that address identified client needs.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations:
Create and deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations to showcase how proposed solutions can achieve client goals and provide value.
Sales & Technical Support:
Work closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise, answer complex questions, and overcome technical objections during the sales process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with product, development, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of technical solutions.
Post-Deployment Support:
Monitor and optimize implemented solutions, provide ongoing troubleshooting, and develop training materials for clients and internal teams.
