Job Description
Technical Activities:
Design, configure, develop and integrate IT solutions within the tech stack: Azure API Management (APIM) - including API policies, security configurations, versioning, jointly with the team, to enable use cases per the needs of the business.
Ensure APIs adhere to security best practices, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and token management.
Implement rate limiting, throttling, caching, and other API policies to enhance security and performance
Monitor API performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and other tools to ensure high availability
Tailor technical solutions for OpCo’s requirements, often leveraging existing products or services.
Customize and configure systems to meet the agreed scope. Develop and maintain configuration rules and logic based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Communicate with users and OpCos, working closely with the architects and other DevOps teams.
Oversee and solve immediate technical or business challenges in integrations
Integrate solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
Maintain and ensure the stability of the platforms from both functional and technical perspectives.
Adhere to solution standards, architectural guidelines
