Job Description
Job Title: Solution Support interns
The Selected interns will work on the following during the internship:
- Handling client communication related to product support via phone, email and online chat.
- Ensuring all onboarding activities, including training, hygiene check and other configurations are complete before the client goes live.
- Identifying any issues with the product and logging them.
- Helping with creation and updating of help files based on client queries and internal requirements
Profile Description:
Only those candidatyes can apply who:
- are available for a full time (in-office) internship.
- Having good English proficiency, knowledge of HTML and Web development/ Websites.
- are pursuing any degree but have relevant skills and interest.
- have year of UG/PG degree completion as 2018
