Roles And Responsibilities:
- Research and identify suppliers for fabrics, trims, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with vendors to gather samples, quotations, and specifications.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and support in negotiations.
- Inspect and manage samples for quality and alignment with design requirements.
- Conduct market research to track trends and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Help negotiate pricing and terms to meet budget constraints.
- Prepare and maintain sourcing records, including purchase orders and contracts.
- Ensure compliance documentation is updated for sustainability and ethical sourcing.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to align sourcing with timelines.
- Support quality control checks and follow up on corrective actions with suppliers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
- Assist with administrative tasks like organizing databases and scheduling meetings.
- Emphasize sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in all activities.
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Work Timing : 9 am to 6 pm
