Job Description
In the role of Sourcing Specialist - Buying / Procurement person will be responsible for:
Price inquiries, offer analysis and comparison of terms
Provide costing for POR to PO conversion
Assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability
Manage & monitor Project productivity
Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research
Work on achieving deflation targets
Issue long term agreements based on the defined commodity strategy.
Work on the set KPIs to achieve them throughout the year
Balance both tactical execution with strategic initiatives necessary to drive cost reduction
projects
Actively participate in supplier performance reviews
