· Experience in controls testing in Tech environment
· Proven capability in Risk Management and Internal Controls
· Experience of analyzing situations to identify issues and facilitate the generation of remediation plans
· Proven experience working and influencing cross functionally
· Strong and clear communication skills – verbal and written
· Sense of urgency
· Periodically spot-check for SOX compliance and potential risks
· Evaluation of current policies and procedures across the organization
· Identify and document breaks in operating effectiveness
· Make recommendations to minimize risk and best comply with Sarbanes-Oxley standards
· Contributes to the ongoing efforts to standardize, streamline and enhance existing SOX control documentation to meet increased regulatory requirements
