Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Massage and Body Treatments:

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and other therapeutic massages.

Provide body treatments such as wraps, exfoliations, and scrubs, tailored to the client’s needs.

Assess clients’ needs and preferences to recommend the appropriate treatments and ensure a personalized experience.

Facials and Skin Care:

Provide facials using appropriate products and techniques to rejuvenate and treat various skin types and conditions.

Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable skincare products or regimens to clients.

Maintain knowledge of current skincare trends, treatments, and products.

Client Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and specific concerns before performing treatments.

Provide advice on wellness, skincare, and self-care routines to clients.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with clients' personal information.

Customer Service and Experience:

Create a calming and professional environment for clients by ensuring the spa area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Greet clients upon arrival, ensure they are comfortable, and provide them with all necessary information about their treatments.

Address any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance the customer experience.

Ensure that clients leave the spa feeling refreshed, relaxed, and satisfied with their services.

Treatment Room Maintenance:

Ensure that the treatment rooms are maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition at all times.

Maintain all spa equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Replenish supplies as needed and ensure the spa’s inventory is well-stocked.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Follow all health and safety protocols, including sanitation procedures, to ensure a safe and clean environment for both clients and staff.

Ensure that all treatments are carried out in line with established safety standards and guidelines.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other spa staff, including receptionists, managers, and other therapists, to provide an exceptional client experience.

Participate in training and professional development programs to stay updated on new treatments and industry standards.

Sales and Product Promotion:

Recommend and sell spa products, including skincare items, oils, and lotions, to clients based on their individual needs.
