Job Summary:
Webvio Technologies is hiring Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Executive to handle international travel bookings and sales. The role involves assisting Spanish-speaking customers with flights, hotels, and holiday packages while ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have strong sales skills, fluency in Spanish, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for international travel bookings.
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with flight reservations, hotel stays, and holiday packages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by offering customized travel solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
2. Travel Bookings & Reservations
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) for flight ticketing and modifications.
- Provide accurate information on fares, routes, visa requirements, and travel policies.
- Assist customers with cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
3. Relationship Management & Upselling
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote special deals, discounts, and travel upgrades to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in Spanish (Speaking & Writing) is mandatory.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills to convert leads into bookings.
- Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for flight reservations.
- Good knowledge of global travel destinations, airlines, and travel policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and international travel regulations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, bookings, and transactions.
