Responsibilities
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing spare parts in the designated inventory area.
• Maintain an accurate records of all spare parts, including quantities, locations, and relevant details such as part numbers and descriptions.
• Monitor the stock levels, anticipate shortages, and place orders for replenishment in a timely manner.
• Generate the purchase orders, invoices, and other necessary documentation related to spare parts procurement.
• Maintain a proper filing systems and electronic databases for easy retrieval and tracking of spare parts information.
• Work closely with the maintenance technicians and other relevant departments to understand the spare parts requirements and prioritize the needs.
