The Spare Parts Incharge is responsible for managing the inventory and storage of automotive spare parts. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, ensuring the proper handling and storage of parts, and supporting the overall supply chain process to avoid stockouts or excess inventory. The role demands basic analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a sound understanding of inventory management principles.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records of all spare parts.

Monitor stock levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Coordinate with procurement and service departments to forecast demand and replenish stock accordingly.

Ensure proper storage conditions and safe handling of spare parts to prevent damage or loss.
