Key Responsibilities:
- First level of contact for customer escalations via email
- Works under limited direction. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met
- Assists customers in locating licenses in download center
- Attends training courses, seminars, and workshops to refresh and constantly improve skill set
- Maintains good internal and external customer relationships
- Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy
- Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives
- Intra-organizational, Inter-organizational and external customer facing
- Provides resolution to a diverse range of moderate to complex problems.
- Uses judgement within defined practices and procedures
