b. General Surgeon - M.S. (General Surgery) or Diplomate of National Board

c. Physician - M.D.(Medicine) or Diplomate of National Board

d. Ophthalmic Surgeon - M.S (Ophthalmology) or Diplomate of National Board or Post-Graduate Diploma in Ophthalmology

e. Dermatologist (Skin and V.D) - M.D. (Dermatology) or Diplomate of National Board or Post-Graduate Diploma in Dermatology and Venercology)

f. Orthopedic Surgeon - M.S.( Orthopaedic) or Diplomate of National Board or Post-Graduate Diploma in Orthopaedic

g. Obstetrics and Gynaecologist - M.D.(Gynaecology) or M.S. (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) or Diplomate of National Board or Post-Graduate Diploma in Gynaecology

h. Anesthetist - M.D.(Anesthesiology) or Diplomate of National Board or Post-Graduate Diploma in Anesthesiology

Pay Scale :  Rs. 67700-208700 /- (Level-11)

Age Limit : Not more than 40 years. Age will be Considered as on last date of receipt of online application.

Application Fees :  Candidates of General (Unreserved) category have to pay Rs. 100/- + applicable postal charges as Application Fees, while Candidates belonging to reserved categories and Economically Weaker Section of Unreserved category, Exserviceman of Gujarat state and physically disabled candidates have not to pay application fees. While candidates of reserved category of other states have to pay application fee.
