- The Specialist, Operational Excellence supports the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence in collaborating with multiple Client Service Delivery and Global Shared Services departments to drive a culture of systematic process management and continuous improvement aligned with Ryan’s strategy & objectives. This role requires skill to develop tools to improve customer service, drive process, quality, and efficiency improvements to attain operational excellence.
Data Analytics, Six Sigma/Process Excellence, Lean, and Business Intelligence

People
Support the Client Service Delivery and Global Shared Services teams in the improvement of the quality and the process procedure documents.
Client
Maintains effective communication with the stakeholders through written and verbal channels.Provide updates to the Senior Manager on the project status and the overall benefit to the business.
Value
Support the implementation of best practices across to ensure process improvements are institutionalized throughout the business.Assist the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence in organizing training to functional owners.Assist in the implementation of improvement initiatives using techniques such as Six Sigma, and Lean, which results in faster and better services.To assist the employees in the use of Six Sigma, Lean tools, statistical tools, and techniques to create process management and measurement systems.Support the local process owners with process mapping, value stream mapping, creating process documentation, metrics and monitoring systemsHelp the organization to monitor and achieve accuracy in services delivered
Education And Experience
5+ years of experience in project management.
Postgraduate in Business Management
Six Sigma Black Belt/Green belt preferred
Project Management (PMP) preferred
Computer Skills
Experience in U.S Taxation domain preferred
To perform this job successfully, an individual must know about Project Management Tools, Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Proficiency in Power-BI
