Brief description :
As a Client Service Manager, main responsibilities will involve:
- Developing relationships with clients to identify their unique needs, and suggesting innovative products that are right for them
- Providing expert advice to both clients and colleagues
- Should be willing to travel abroad to meet with clients for business purpose.
- Proactively seeking client feedback, reporting noteworthy trends, and identifying potential improvement plans
- Sharing newly acquired knowledge and best practices with the team, coaching, and acting as a role model for your colleagues
- Should provide administrative and accounting assistance to the CEO of the company.
Preferred skills:
- Having a degree in a management course is preferred.
- World-class service skills and a genuine desire to go above-and-beyond for our customers
- Excellent relationship skills- someone who feels comfortable communication with clients both online and offline.
- The ability to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
- A strong sense of commercial awareness, supported by management and leadership skills
- Proven technical and organizational abilities
- Female candidate preferred for this position.
