Brief description :

As a Client Service Manager, main responsibilities will involve:

• Developing relationships with clients to identify their unique needs, and suggesting innovative products that are right for them
• Providing expert advice to both clients and colleagues
• Should be willing to travel abroad to meet with clients for business purpose.
• Proactively seeking client feedback, reporting noteworthy trends, and identifying potential improvement plans
• Sharing newly acquired knowledge and best practices with the team, coaching, and acting as a role model for your colleagues
• Should provide administrative and accounting assistance to the CEO of the company.

Preferred skills:

• Having a degree in a management course is preferred.
• World-class service skills and a genuine desire to go above-and-beyond for our customers
• Excellent relationship skills- someone who feels comfortable communication with clients both online and offline.
• The ability to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
• A strong sense of commercial awareness, supported by management and leadership skills
• Proven technical and organizational abilities
