- Recruitment, Induction, Performance Appraisal.
- Attendance and Leave Records
- Knowledge of ESI and PF and Welfare fund remittance of employees.
Finanace (Head)
Brief description :
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Maintenance of Books of Accounts, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account.
- Liaisoning with authorities as required.
- Compensation and Benefits administration.
- Implement best practices in financial management and resource allocation.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
