Job Description
- Lead innovative and comprehensive Sponsorship strategy across events, TV series and film projects including ongoing negotiation and management of relative relationships
- Develop Sponsorship strategy and activation plans, ensuring optimum delivery of benefits for our global iconic brand
- Continue to break new ground with outstanding, commercially astute and proven partnerships that are aligned with all business units
- Oversee and manage the development of fully integrated sponsorship campaigns that leverage partnerships at a regional and local level
- Work collaboratively with the local operations and other key stakeholders to develop executions that help build a strong emotional connection with our customers
- Establish and maintain strong and effective relationships with our existing and new partners.
- Sell Event Sponsorships across both individual and a portfolio of events
- Prepare exciting and creative proposals to attract new sponsors at all levels for the tour, events and surrounding hospitality spaces
- Create and manage a pipeline of prospects to grow the sponsorship client base and ensure target attainment
- Developing sales leads to prospects and converting them to be our sponsors
- Work with management to prepare sales proposals for sponsorship investments
- Identify and propose custom solutions to CEOs and VPs
- Implement efficient key account management strategies to maximize client relationship value
- Actively work with other sales teams
- Support sales teams in finding sponsors for ongoing project pipelines
- Develop and manage a central project sponsorship pipeline
- Key relationship lead for all ongoing events and sponsorship programs managed within the company
- Cultivate and grow the impact of existing events to further grow awareness of and funding for the events
- Review and analyze programs regularly to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Celebrity Engagement
- Maintain, lead and grow relationships with celebrity advocates
- Lead innovative thinking on best ways to optimize celebrity participation in our events, films and TV shows
