Qualification :  1. A Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university 12 (+2 stage) or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University and for the skill test prescribed dictation speed of 80 W.P.M. duration time 10 minutes and transcription time is 50 minutes (English) and 65 minutes (Hindi) for the post of Jr. Stenographer, OR A pass in 1st year of B. Sc (Physics) or, a pass in 10+2 stage in Higher Secondary in Science (Math or Physics) for the post of Electrical Signal Maintainer-II in S&T Dept. 2. 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent  recognized Board/University OR A pass in Matriculation or its recognized Board and having ITI apply to be posted as Tech-Ill examination from a equivalent from a certificate may also.

Pay Scale :   The applications for Level- 4/5 (Group 'C' Sixth P.c Pay Band 5200-20200+GP 2400/2800) and Level-2/3 (Group 'C' Sixth P.C Pay Band 5200-20200+GP 1900/2000)

Age Limit :  Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01.01.2019

Application Fee :  For All Candidates except those mentioned in Sub para (Demand Draft)/IPO (Indian Postal Order) of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) For candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women/Minorities and Economically Backward Classes : DD (Demand Draft)/IPO (Indian Postal Order) of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only) with a provision for refunding the same to those who actually appear in the trial and produce their original caste certificate.

Selection Procedure :  Selection will be based upon performance in Sports Trials, Interview and assessment of sports achievement & educational qualification etc. Selection will be conducted by North Western Railway, Headquarter, Jaipur.
