Job Description
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our team in the healthcare domain. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SQL development, data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data, translating business requirements into SQL code, and creating reports in SQL, Excel, or Databricks.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and reports for healthcare data analysis
- Translate business requirements into SQL code, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) reports and dashboards
- Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to develop data visualizations and reports
- Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
- Stay up to date with new technologies and tools in the field of data analysis and reporting
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SQL development, with a focus on healthcare data
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with Databricks and cloud-based data platforms
- Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
