Job Requirements :
- Should have knowledge in any one programming language: Java, .Net, C++, etc
- Knowledge in SQL and RDBMS is preferable
- Flexible to work @ any given time
- Good communication skills and Analytical skills.
- Should able to speak English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Gather information, evaluate, reconcile conflicts, disseminate high-level information into details and publish with all the stakeholders.
- Interpret the business needs of customers and translate them into the application and operational requirements with the help of strong analytical, interpersonal and product management skills.
- Liaison between technology teams, business teams and support teams.
- Analyze the practicability of the requirements for new and upgrades.
- Identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems.
- Develop a training curriculum and conduct formal training sessions or workshops.
- Offer the on-demand onsite production support for severity cases.
- For production support, he/she should have PL/SQL knowledge and good debugging skills.
