Sr. Accountant Executive Jobs - Pune - Epoch Brand Services (I) Pvt. Ltd.
Job Description
a) Receiving the bills on time from Operations team
b) Timely payment to Vendors, Monthly expenses of employees
c) Preparation of quotation, Annual Maintenance Contract proposal, tendor application and Request for Estimation
d) Preparation & book sales Invoices
e) Regular follow up with the BD Managers for Recovery of Outstanding and processing the same thereafter
f) PO follow-up & Outstanding follow-ups
g) Letter of credit formalities
h) Stock reconciliation
i) Salary computation of all employees
j) Verification of employees expenses
k) Petty cash etc.
Taxation:-
l) Monthly TDS calculation & payment,
m) Quarterly Sales tax calculation & filling of return,
n) Monitors issuance of forms to employees such as H-form, C-form, Form-16 etc.,
o) Quarterly service tax calculation, payment & half yearly filling of return, VAT
p) Half yearly Professional tax payment & yearly filling of return.
q) Local body tax calculation & payment,
r) PF & ESIC payments,
s) Liasioning with CA
Co-ordination:
a) Closely working with Operations and BD team
b) Timely payment to Vendors, Monthly expenses of employees
c) Regular follow up with the BD Managers for Recovery of Outstanding and processing the same thereafter
d) Scrutiny of bank charges/utility bills/service providers
e) Timely reporting to the Financial Head and CEO
Maintenance:
a) Maintenance of Statutory Books, ledger, journals, recordkeeping
b) Proper maintenance of payroll
Must Requirements:
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting tally 9
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Commerce Background is must
