Job Description-

• Active involvement in company’s core accounts management
  
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, cash forecasting, trust account statement reconciliations etc
  
• Having held Position 1 or 2 in any Manufacturing company
  
• Preference for those who have worked with multiple branches/factories and be very versed with accounting of manufacturing.
  
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  
• Forecast and track key account metrics
  
• Responsible for working with the Sales team to on board and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  
• Good knowledge of Taxation,Statutory Compliance
  
• Meet time deadlines for accounts
  
• Establish budgets with the client and company
  
• Prepare reports on account status
  
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
