Job Description
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email inquiries
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments,
- Data entry (sales figures, Franchisee etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reports, Senior Management
- Coordination with all the department of production house
- Assisting the directors.
- Should be good in English , Hindi and Bengali
- Should be excellent in excel and word
- Ready to handle pressure
