Senior Analyst (Team-Leader) – Retail (1 - 4 Yrs Experience)

Requirements

• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices in telecom space.
  
• To conduct daily meetings with team and de-brief them.
  
• Monitor performance of team members on daily weekly and monthly basis.
  
• Ensure timely updation of the audit observation in the system.
  
• Lead and mentor QA team members on qualitative findings, reporting and analysis as per client’s requirement.
  
• Audits will involve travelling within the state.
  
• Capture the observations of each audit assignment in the prescribed templates and make recommendations for corrective action and conduct follow-up on agreed action plans where appropriate.
  
• Able to deliver value-added audit recommendations for process improvement and ensure completion of assignments in conformance with planned budget and schedules.
  
• Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of Internal Control System of the Company.
  
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  
• Act as key point of contact for all QA ‘s and client coordinators
  
• Understanding of telecom activation process will be an advantage
  

• Must be a graduate in any stream. 
• Master’s degree would be an added advantage
  
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience in BPO/ITes, preferably in Telecom domain.
  
• Excellent analytical, advisory, interview technique, report writing, presentation and communication skills, and problem solving and effective project and time management abilities.
  
• Possess good organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
