Job Description

Sr./Business Development Executive (M/F)

We're on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Sr./BDE to join our team. As a Sr./Business Development Executive, you'll be a key player in expanding our market reach, establishing, and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products/services to drive revenue growth. Primary role will be to establish the market for company new initiative: Buddy (NFC digital smart cards).

Responsibilities: -

  • Prospecting and Sales Outreach: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their requirements and aligning our offerings to meet their needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1.5+years in B2B/B2C offline) in sales roles, preferably in a similar industry or telecom/tourism/banking/media/advertising industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
