Job Description
Job role-Key Responsibilities:
● Verify daily quality reports from suppliers and warehouses; inspect fruits &
vegetables as required
● Consolidate and maintain QC, training, rejection, and complaint reports; prepare
summaries for stakeholders
● Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for customer complaints and ensure
implementation of corrective actions
● Verify effectiveness of corrective actions post-implementation
● Visit supplier locations frequently, conduct supplier audits, and provide training
● Follow up and close audit non-conformities within timelines
● Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvement measures
