Sr. Consultant
No. of Vacancy : 1
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline. MBA desirable
Experience : 15
years’ experience in Management which should include 5 years in an
educational/training institute including Resource Management, Maintenance
Management, Hostel Management etc. Experience in Contract Management and
Supervision of Engineering Maintenance activities, House-keeping and catering
etc. Teaching experience is desirable.
Emoluments : Rs.2, 00,000 PM (Rs. Two Lakh Per Month)
Age Limit : Below 55
years as on 30/09/2018
Consultant 1
No. of Vacancy : 1
Qualification : Graduate in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
MBA in Marketing desirable
Experience : 10
years’ Experience in managing facility management contracts including
estimation, preparation of tender documents, bid invitation, bid scrutiny, work
supervision, bill certification etc. For Civil, Electrical, IT &
Housekeeping works. Experience in hostel management and teaching is desirable.
Emoluments : Rs.1,75,000
PM (Rs. One lakh Seventy-Five Thousand Per Month)

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline. MBA desirable.
Experience : 10
years. Working in airport operation in which should include at least 3 years of
experience as trainer in Airport Operations related topics
Emoluments : Rs.1,75,000 PM (Rs. One lakh Seventy-Five
Thousand Per Month)
Age Limit : Below 55
years as on 30/09/2018
Application Fee : Application fee of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) is to be paid by the candidates
through Demand Draft in favour of “INDIAN AVIATION ACADEMY”. However, the
SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates are exempted from payment of Fee. Fee submitted by
any other mode will not be accepted
Selection Process : (i) Before applying for the posts, the candidate should ensure that he / she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the Advertisement. Furnishing of wrong / false information will lead to disqualification and IAA will not responsible for any consequence of furnishing such wrong/ false information. (ii) Screening and eligibility will be based on the details provided by the candidates. (iii) The candidates found provisionally eligible shall be called for Interview. (iv) Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in Interview. (v) During Documents verification / Interview, the candidate will have to produce Original Certificates along with a proof of identity and one set of self-attested photocopies of the candidates. If the identity of the candidate is in doubt or he/ she is not able to produce the requisite documents or there is mismatch of information in the documents, his/her candidature will be rejected. No additional time will be given for producing original documents.
