Job Description
- Providing relocation services to foreigners/ Locals moving in and out of Bangalore
- Home Search
- Orientation
- Settling into new home.
- School search
- Temporary accommodation etc
- Serving as the one point contact for the clients.
- Ensure compliance & regulations of policies and processes with all RMC/ Clients companies.
- Documentation such as title paper, lease agreement, Touheeq and implementation of client’s specific processes
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent service as per clients’ requirement.
- Monitor, track and report the entire program until closure.
- Ensuring positive feedback from client.
- Timely follow-up with the clients/vendors on emails/calls.
Required skills:
- Good typing Speed.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
