Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write Compelling Product description.
- Provide resolution to customer queries through calls, chats, email etc.
- Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company
- Respond to all the consumer grievances.
- Keep a track of the performance of all the Payment Gateways. Reconcile on a daily basis which will involve - a) Payment Updates. b) Payment Refunds c) Payment Cancellations
- Ready to do things on the ground level, having strong learning ability and adaptability.
Basic Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years in customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Any Graduate can apply
- Must have good communication skills in English; written and oral is a must.
